This assessment will help our medical and clinical team to understand the challenges and symptoms that have led you to seek treatment, so we can prepare an individualized treatment plan for you.

On the day you arrive, we'll spend several hours helping you orient to the program and getting you settled in: walking you through the details of our program, introducing you to your treatment team, and going over your daily schedule.

While insurance may only partially cover your stay at Amend, our team is ready to discuss available private pay options with you. Please note that Amend does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Kaiser, HMO, or EPO plans. We only accept plans with out of network benefits (PPO).
